My Why

My wife, the Love of my life, introduced me to a life coach that she knows through a group they belong to.

This blog is inspired by my wife who is always seeking ways to improve herself and her life. I started some sessions with this coach in the summer of 2015 in hopes of really diving into my past, present & potential future.

Since then, I've been doing a lot of self discovery/soul searching & at the same time experiencing an awakening of thoughts & ideas that have always been there deep down, just never gave myself the belief or opportunity to pursue...any of it...

Until now. The reality is I've never enjoyed writing, never felt (which probably added to the feelings of dislike) I was good at it and there for avoided it. The thing is, and this is the key for all of us, I just needed to be honest with myself. I have been making excuses and avoiding pushing myself. End of story.

So that is a driving force of this blog. To put words into motion. To learn together, with you, how to live Life, Love throughout, enjoy the Family & Friends we surround ourselves with. At the same time exploring Mental Health (both from a guys perspective and in general) and ultimately hoping we all can find Happiness and Enjoyment out of this life.

I can't thank you enough for taking a moment to stop by and read about my thoughts, feelings and experiences regarding this journey.

Also, please don't hesitate to leave comments on any of my posts. Feedback/input is welcome, all I ask is you be polite & courteous of others while sharing your true thoughts on any subject.

Peace & Love

~Ryan
